About the Job

In this role, you will work alongside the Head of E-commerce and the internal design team to adapt the website and design components of the new platform, focusing on fidelity, consistency, and usability.

My client is a well-established organisation with a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand, known for its premium products. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid-Level UI/UX Designer who is ready to make an immediate impact!

Responsibilities

• Translate live pages into reusable components in Figma.
• Support the design team with executional needs: page recreation, layout adjustments, component matching.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on newly developed pages and components to ensure correct implementation.
• Support design exploration for new features such as product reviews, engraving, and other site enhancements.
• Assist designers with executional work and component clean-up.

Criteria

• 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in responsive web design.
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, Annotations).
• Experience within the eCommerce/retail industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Experience with component-based design systems.
• Strong eye for visual detail and user-centered thinking.
