Technical Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • The role focuses on driving profitable, sustainable business growth and overseeing sales performance.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, managing relationships with key customers, leading product line direction, and supporting the external sales team.
  • Identify market opportunities and create pricing, distribution, and market penetration strategies.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, align it with market needs, and guide the sales team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar (preferred but not essential)
  • 3+ years experience in a technical sales role selling industrial products or similar
  • A proactive, independent leader with excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong market understanding and technical knowledge applied to growth strategies.
  • Strong financial analysis, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate in a multinational, matrixed environment and influence stakeholders effectively.
