A Melbourne-based firm is seeking a Tax Manager to support the firm in taxation and superannuation matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide tax and superannuation advice to partners and staff.
Conduct research and liaise with external advisors (with partner approval).
Prepare client-facing tax advice, newsletters, and training materials.
Deliver internal and external presentations on tax-related topics.
Manage and oversee internal staff training, including webinars and seminars.
Organise and lead manager group meetings on tax/accounting changes.
Maintain and update standard letters, checklists, and accounting procedures.
Oversee the use and training of BGL Simple Fund software for SMSFs.
Report key updates to the Practice Manager, IT Manager, and Partners.
This role involves technical tax expertise, staff training, and process improvement, ensuring compliance and knowledge-sharing within the firm.
Role Requirements:
CA/CPA qualification (completed)
Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-focused, and able to resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
Confident in leading meetings, delivering presentations, and ensuring follow-ups are completed. Internal communication of advice should be clear, concise, and easy to understand.
