This firm are seeking a skilled Manager to join their Tax Services division. In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of tax experts to provide exceptional service to a diverse clientele, including privately owned groups, startups, multinational corporations, and ASX listed companies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Offering complex transactional tax advice across various industries and jurisdictions
• Handling ATO controversy matters related to intricate tax issues
• Leading the delivery of tax projects with technical excellence and a practical approach
• Keeping abreast of tax law developments, mentoring junior team members, and engaging directly with clients to ensure high-quality outcomes

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Minimum 5 years of tax experience from reputable firms
• Strong communication skills to convey complex tax concepts clearly
• Specialised tax knowledge applicable to commercial transactions
• Previous experience in tax strategy implementation and project management
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven managerial abilities
• Relevant qualifications and/or additional certifications (CA, CTA, or Masters of Tax preferred)
