About the Role:
As a Senior Paediatric Speech Therapist, you will have the unique opportunity to work within one of our clients three clinics located south of the river, servicing children in the community through school and home visits. This organisation prides itself on fostering strong relationships, not only with clients but within their team as well. You'll find yourself in a warm, welcoming environment where collaboration and mutual support are key.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert speech therapy services to children aged 0-18, addressing a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Work closely with the Department of Education, government bodies, and various charities to extend care to children in need.
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate therapists, sharing knowledge and support in a socially connected and open environment.
  • Take advantage of flexible working arrangements, including autonomy over your diary and capped travel requirements.
  • Potential to progress into a managerial role, contributing to the strategic direction of our clinics.
  • Benefit from strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on what you do best-caring for children.

About You:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA registration
  • Strong background in paediatrics
  • Passion for helping children and skilled at building strong, trusting relationships with both clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and are always willing to lend a hand.
  • Interest in progressing your career, with the potential to move into a managerial role.
  • Located in the southern suburbs
