What you'll be doing

A 9 month temp requirement has come available at a retailers head office in Collingwood.

The Senior HR Advisor will support change activity so the role requires someone who can work in a fast paced manner, can show initiative good problem solving, mature judgement on issue resolution vs escalating and are comfortable in a changing environment.

This role has a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office and two from home).

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

• Previous experience with Workday
• Experience in retail advantageous
• Experience in a Senior HR Advisor role
