Seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Adviser to join an innovative and multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you'll provide specialist insurance advice to households and businesses, working on complex cases that require deep expertise and strategic thinking.
What you'll be doing:
✔ Advising clients on tailored insurance solutions, particularly in high-value or complex scenarios
✔ Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for added value
✔ Leading our Insurance Committee and mentoring other advisers
✔ Staying ahead of industry trends to drive innovation and best practices
What you'll bring:
🔹 Excellent technical skills and legislative knowledge, with a clear compliance record
🔹 Excellent advisory and rapport-building skills
🔹Ability to plan and manage team workflow, budgets, WIP and job assessments, KPI performance and progress towards targets.
🔹 Ability to manage complex client needs and develop long-term relationships
🔹 Leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others
Qualifications, Education & Experience
* CFP qualification - preferred
* Bachelor Degree in Business, Commerce or Finance or FP
* FAR registration
