Senior Financial Accountant

• 2 x contract Financial Accountant roles available [1 in healthcare and 1 in e-commerce]
• Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
• ASAP Start
• Location: Inner City

Roles and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• End of Financial Year Close & Reporting
• Month end processes and reporting requirements
  • Booking required journal entries and preparing evidential support
  • Review and support team's EOM outputs
  • Collaborate with IBP, ERP and FP&A teams to understand inventory, problem solve for misalignments in system, landed cost and ad hoc work
  • Balance sheet reconciliations · Intercompany management
  • Collaborate with FP&A team to provide insights into movements and trends
  • Support with consolidated commentary
  • FBT and BAS requirements
  • Cost centre reporting
• Cash flow forecast
• Audit preparation and support
• Process improvements and system enhancements

Required:

• Full CA or CPA
• Experience working as a Financial Accountant in an in-house role
• Availability to start ASAP
• Australian working rights [we can consider WHV holders if you can work for the full 6 months].
