We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services, preferably within funds and asset management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial products and asset management operations, with proven experience in process mapping, business process reengineering, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end process mapping, including As-Is and To-Be analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Drive process improvements and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.
• Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications to support project delivery.
• Work closely with technology teams to ensure seamless implementation of business solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and business process reviews.
• Support change management activities, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior business analysis within financial services, preferably within funds and asset management.
• Strong understanding of financial products and asset management operations.
• Excellent skills in process mapping, business process reengineering, and gap analysis.
• Solid Stakeholder Maangement skills
