About the role:

As a Marketplace Operations Business Analyst, you will support general operations and health of the business by providing actionable insights to deliver business results. You will drive change in the organisation by making analytics part of day-to-day business strategy to ensure better quality decisions while keeping the marketplace clean.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing relevant and accurate data, highlighting risks and opportunities, for internal and external stakeholders.Monitor & measure the health of the business through identifying and deploying success metrics
• Own and drive actionable insights for owed piece of the business including identifying continuous process improvement opportunities
• End to End planning and influencing of the business results; connecting analytics and the business (e.g. set shipping goal, synchronize and optimize shipping plans, price inventory optimization and decision making, etc.)
• Proficiency in developing metrics / KPIs for performance management and visualization
• Track, trace, and communicate Seasonal delivery performance and recommend solutions
• Lead and participate in the "business analyst" network across the Org to leverage learnings and drive best practices

About you:

• Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, Integrated Business Planning, Finance or related experience preferred.
• Proven capability of solving complex business problems though process analysis and insights
• Ability to connect the dots and offer recommended solutions across the value chain (cause and effect)
• Proven external and leadership level communication (verbal and written)
• Advanced KPI management
