Package: Flexible base rate DOE + Super + Casual Loading + Shift Penalties + Fully covered travel and accommodation + meal allowances
Hours per Week: minimum of 38 hours per week

About the Role:
Are you a ED Registered Nurse who loves to travel?

Our client in NSW is looking for a emergency department registered nurse to work in their hospital. They are looking for a Triage trained nurse to start at the end of February.

As a ED Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing critical care in a fast-paced emergency setting. Your role involves assessing, prioritising, and managing patients based on the severity of their condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritise patients using the Australasian Triage Scale (ATS).
• Determine the urgency of care required based on clinical presentation.
• Provide immediate interventions for critically ill or injured patients.
• Monitor and manage deteriorating patients, escalating care when necessary.
• Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and pain relief as per hospital protocols.
• Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, suturing, catheterisation, and plastering.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of triage assessments and clinical care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and national standards for emergency nursing.

Essential Criteria:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Previous experience in ED Department
• Triage certificate
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and support a team.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to patient-centred care and maintaining high clinical standards.
• Current or eligible for NSW Health Criminal Record Check and Working With Children Check.
• National Police Clearance (Must be 3 years in date)
