About the Job

As the Regional Manager, you will drive sales growth and lead a collaborative team of 10 professionals. Reporting to the interstate Head of Sales you will:

• Spearhead market growth and customer acquisition in Melbourne and the wider Victoria region.
• Oversee the P&L, ensuring the branch's profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor and inspire a team, fostering an environment that promotes innovation and operational excellence.
• Work closely with the COO and marketing team to develop and present strategies to the executive leadership team.
• Build meaningful connections with our target market, to grow our customer base and solidify our market position.
• This hands-on, customer-facing role is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic team while contributing to the future of green mobility.

• Has experience managing a P&L and delivering strong financial results.
