About the Job
As the Regional Manager, you will drive sales growth and lead a collaborative team of 10 professionals. Reporting to the Head of Sales you will:
- Spearhead market growth and customer acquisition in Melbourne and the wider Victoria region.
- Oversee the P&L, ensuring the branch's profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor and inspire a team, fostering an environment that promotes innovation and operational excellence.
- Work closely with the COO and marketing team to develop and present strategies to the executive leadership team.
- Build meaningful connections with our target market, to grow our customer base and solidify our market position.
- This hands-on, customer-facing role is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic team while contributing to the future of green mobility.
About You
You are a strategic, growth-oriented leader with a track record of driving business success. Specifically, we're looking for someone who:
