The right candidate will hold:

  • Minimum 5 years' management experience
  • Knowledge of Home Care Package funding and government requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience with Aged Care Quality standards.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to build trust, credibility, and strong relationships.
