About the role:

An Aged care business based in Mt Waverley are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. This person will coordinate the recruitment cycle for care workers and run training programs.

This is a full-time permanent role.

About you:

  • Experience with recruitment coordination
  • Experience in delivering aged care or disability services
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own workflow
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Attention to detail and personal presentation
  • Embraces teamwork, but able to work autonomously
