An Aged care business based in Mt Waverley are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. This person will coordinate the recruitment cycle for care workers and run training programs.
This is a full-time permanent role.
About you:
Experience with recruitment coordination
Experience in delivering aged care or disability services
Ability to prioritize and manage own workflow
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Attention to detail and personal presentation
Embraces teamwork, but able to work autonomously
