We are hiring for multiple Recruitment Consultant positions at the moment. All positions are full time and there is annual remuneration of between $80,000 to $110,000 (negotiable) on offer.
Duties and Skills required
- Drive Success: Manage an established desk with a robust portfolio of clients, candidates, and roles, contributing directly to our business growth.
- Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong connections with both clients and candidates, ensuring the perfect match every time.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding the best talent.
- Innovate Marketing: Create targeted advertising materials to attract top-tier candidates and expand our client base.
- Deliver Excellence: Provide strategic recruitment and labor-hire solutions, negotiating outcomes that satisfy both clients and candidates.

To be considered for these roles, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent employment experience
- Minimum of 1 year recruitment agency experience
- Excellent English literacy
