Provide high-quality radiographic and sonographic services in one of NSW's largest regional hospitals. With flights or travel covered and accommodation provided, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful location while earning competitive rates.

Position Highlights:

• Location Radiographer: Wagga Wagga or Young, NSW
• Location Sonographer: Deniliquin
• Hourly Rate: From $63 to $80 per hour (depending on experience and modality)
• Contract Type: Locum, 12-week contract (with potential extension)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Accommodation: Provided
• Flights/Travel: Provided

Key Duties for Radiographers:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI as required.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure accurate diagnostic outcomes.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely delivery of results

Key Duties for Sonographers:

• Perform a range of diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, vascular, and musculoskeletal.
• Ensure patient care and safety during procedures, providing clear communication.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to interpret ultrasound results.
• Maintain high-quality imaging standards and accurate patient records.

Requirements:

• Radiographers: Current AHPRA registration, radiation licence and relevant qualifications in Medical Imaging/Medical radiation science
• Sonographers: ASAR accreditation and relevant qualifications in Medical Ultrasound
• Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• NSW WWCC
• Recent National Police Clearance
• Proof of Immunisation
