Privacy Manager
Privacy in the energy sector is evolving fast, and this role puts you at the centre of it. As Privacy Manager, you'll shape enterprise-wide privacy frameworks, advise senior leaders, and navigate complex compliance challenges - all in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
You'll be joining a tight-knit team, working closely with legal, and have a consulting budget to bring in extra support when needed. It's a challenging but rewarding role in a business that's shaping the future of energy.

What You'll Do
✔️Lead end-to-end privacy management across the business.
✔️Ensure compliance with the Privacy Act and APPs while providing clear, practical guidance to non-experts.
✔️ Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments and oversee breach reporting.
✔️ Work closely with senior leaders, frontline teams, and legal experts to embed privacy best practices.
✔️ Support their energy transition by ensuring responsible use of customer data in partnerships and new technologies.
What You Bring
✔️ Strong background in end-to-end privacy management (legal background a plus, but not essential).
✔️ ASX-listed and/or large corporate experience is essential.
✔️ Confidence to build trust and influence at all levels.
✔️ Ability to make quick, independent decisions in a fast-paced setting.
✔️ Excellent written skills - you'll be crafting policies, privacy impact assessments, and executive-level advice.
