9-month FTC Payroll Officer
Melbourne CBD
Hybrid arrangement (3 days in the office)
MYOB PayGlobal a must have
Large payroll processing experience a must have
Have a role locked in for the new year!
Key Responsibilities:
End to end payroll processing of around 1000 employees
Expertise in Australian Payroll Legislation
Compliance: In-depth understanding of Australian tax laws, superannuation, Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and enterprise agreements
Reporting: Familiarity with Single Touch Payroll and reporting to the ATO
Leave Management
Reconciliations
Superannuation guarantees
Payroll Tax
Payroll Processing, Off cycle Payments, Overpayments, Garnishments, New hires, terminations, Changes in Pays, ABA file payments, Superannuation, STP reporting, Year End Processes
Key Requirements:
Award interpretation and working experience within multiple awards
MYOB PayGlobal
Experience working in fast-paced environments
Large payroll processing experience
