Payroll Officer

The Role:

  • Full time permanent Payroll Officer
  • Hybrid role (3 days wfh / 2 days in the office)
  • Great culture and growing company
  • $75k + super

Key Responsibilities:

  • Large multi-entity fortnightly payroll
  • Multiple awards
  • Ensure that payroll is processed accurately on a fortnightly basis
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
  • Managing the data entry, processing and checking of payroll information
  • Prepare and submit both monthly and annual payroll tax payments
  • Prepare and submit Annual and Monthly PAYG, Payroll tax, Workcover reconciliations and payments
  • Process Termination and provide redundancy calculations
  • Manage employee detail changes

Key Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in managing payroll for medium-large business (ideally 2+ years)
  • Experience in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in multi-award payroll
