The Role:

• Payments Investigations Specialist
• Contract length 6 months (Fixed Term) with view to permanency
• Immediate start
• Melbourne Western or Northern suburbs (Altona North and Melbourne Airport)
• $65-75,000 + super

Key Responsibilites:

• Investigating payment discrepancies
• Interpretation and calculation of payments
• Monitoring of the accounts mail inbox
• Escalating issues and making recommendations
• Maintaining the client database

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in Finance or Administration
• Experience in process improvements
• Experience in analysing large data sets
• High attention to detail
