The Role: As an Operations Officer, you will:
Process SWIFT payments (MX and MT formats) across various products, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Administer daily SWIFT operations, reconciling messages and performing checklist procedures.
Collaborate with the Operations team to address transactions, issues, and cross-departmental support needs.
Assist with compliance requirements, including AUSTRAC, AusPayNet, and RBA guidelines.
Participate in cross-training to enhance team support capabilities.
Key criteria:
Proven experience in transactional banking processes such as SWIFT payments and settlement operations.
Proficiency in payment systems and MS Office applications.
High attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage high-volume tasks.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies.
