Office Assistant

Entry level Office Assistant role available in Melbourne’s CBD.

What you'll be doing

A permanent opportunity for a Junior Office Assistant has come available at a global business in Melbourne's CBD.

The primary focus of the Office Assistant is to help create a high quality experience for staff and visitors by ensuring the general upkeep of all office areas such as kitchens, print rooms, meeting rooms and communal areas.

Based in stunning CBD offices with city views and an onsite café.

This is an entry level role. Ideally the candidate must come from a hospitality or retail background.


Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (retail or hospitality)
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Effective written communication and writing skills.
