We're on the lookout for passionate and skilled Occupational Therapists to join our client dynamic, multidisciplinary team. Whether you're a graduate or a seasoned Senior OT, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work across diverse settings, build lasting connections with clients, and refine your clinical expertise.


What You'll Do:

  • Deliver evidence-based, high-quality services to private clients and NDIS participants across various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, aged care facilities, and more.
  • Choose your focus: paediatric, adult/geriatric, or a mixed caseload tailored to your expertise.
  • Collaborate with a team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Counsellors, and Therapy Assistants.
  • Participate in one-on-one mentoring, shadowing, and hands-on training to enhance your clinical skills.
  • Engage clients in community locations and bring therapy sessions to life in environments they thrive in.


About You:

  • A positive and proactive Occupational Therapist with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional, evidence-based care.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and contribute to a vibrant team culture.


Essential Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration and tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Graduate or experienced therapists welcome; Senior roles require a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • NDIS Worker Clearance, Working With Children Check, and WA Driver's License.
