Occupational Therapist | CTP & Workers Compensation | Flexible Locations within Sydney

Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a unique opportunity to make a real impact? Join a specialist CTP & Workers Compensation Consultant team, supporting claimants in NSW to return to work, function, and life.

What You'll Be Doing:

✔ Manage a caseload of clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, providing goal-based rehabilitation recommendations.
✔ Conduct Activities of Daily Living Assessments & Initial Needs Assessments to support return to work and independence.
✔ Work closely with insurers, treatment providers, employers, and key stakeholders to deliver best-practice rehabilitation.
✔ Build strong relationships with NSW CTP Insurers, including potential short-term in-house secondments.

What We're Looking For:

✅ AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with experience in NSW CTP or Workers Compensation
✅ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
✅ Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation planning skills.
✅ Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Current Police Clearance & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
✅ A positive, team-focused attitude with a passion for helping others regain independence.
