As a Senior OT, you will have the opportunity to take the lead in your growth and development, with access to learning, coaching, and mentoring.

Your New Role:

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, ensuring clients receive holistic and well-rounded therapy.
• Assess participants for the NDIS by evaluating their physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
• Interpret findings to develop individually tailored treatment plans that help participants achieve their goals.
• Develop evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve participants' quality of life.
• New Graduates- you'll receive strong support from an MDT to foster your growth and professional development.
