Marketing Operations Manager

We're looking for a highly organized and action-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join the team in Melbourne. This hybrid role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of marketing operations in Australia. You will coordinate and manage key marketing activities, including roadshows, trade shows, and the production of marketing collateral and merchandise.

You'll report directly to the Marketing Director for International Markets and play a key role in driving their regional success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Marketing Director to develop and execute marketing strategies, including roadshows, trade shows, and their promotional activities.

  • Create and launch tailored campaigns for specific customer segments and products.

  • Support large-scale campaigns and independently manage smaller promotional initiatives.

  • Develop email sequences, webinars, and content for channel partner promotion.

  • Oversee social media execution across multiple platforms.

  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral and merchandise.

  • Handle marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization for maximum impact.

  • Collaborate with agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.

  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including HubSpot CRM management and reporting.

  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations to support sales and marketing efforts.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies that align with revenue objectives.

  • Apply SEO best practices to enhance digital content and boost organic traffic.

  • Update the website with new content, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Utilize data to track campaign performance, refine strategies, and align with customer needs and business goals.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of proven success in creating impactful marketing campaigns.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to deliver events and campaigns on schedule.

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills (in English) for effective collaboration with stakeholders and partners.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot for CRM management, marketing automation, and reporting; experience with Drupal CMS.

  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and BI reporting dashboards.

  • Experience using data and insights to design and execute engagement programs.

  • Proven track record of managing budgets effectively.
  • A proactive, team-player approach to solving challenges in a dynamic environment.
