My client is an ASX-listed financial services firm that specialises in innovative lending solutions for residential mortgages, serving Australian consumers and businesses through a network of distribution partners. About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing relationships with brokers and partners, while also improving the overall customer experience. The role will also involve close collaboration with various internal teams, including distribution leaders, product teams, and digital marketing operations, as well as external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategies in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
  • Execute marketing campaigns to drive broker engagement and business acquisition.
  • Enhance the broker experience through personalised communications, insights, and education.
  • Support distribution teams with marketing tools, presentations, and content.
  • Plan and deliver events in partnership with distribution teams.
  • Manage the broker communications plan, including product offers, updates, and thought leadership.
  • Oversee the trade media plan, including advertising and editorial content.
  • Lead the broker research program, analyse results, and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage digital platforms (website, social media) in collaboration with IT and digital teams.
  • Handle marketing budgets and optimise activities based on performance against KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in acquisition, channel marketing, or sales enablement within the financial services sector.
  • B2B marketing expertise is essential, particularly within the financial services space.
  • Previous experience marketing to brokers or third-party distribution channels is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, along with B2B and channel marketing, and customer experience strategies.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment, effectively managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in content marketing, event management, and email marketing is a valuable asset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive and agile mindset, capable of influencing and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent relevant experience.
