The Role:
As a Locum Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective clinical care requiring a high level of clinical decision-making. You will provide speech pathology services across acute, subacute, outpatient, aged care, and community-based settings. Additionally, you will support the development of clinical and leadership skills in allied health assistants and students under your supervision.

About You:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology with eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Experience working within a hospital setting, preferably within an adult caseload
• Extensive clinical knowledge, skills, and leadership experience
• Advanced clinical assessment and treatment skills for individuals and groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of accreditation and funding systems
• Ability to manage a continuous improvement portfolio
• Sensitivity and awareness of the needs of diverse backgrounds
