Looking for your next locum adventure? We are currently seeking an experienced Radiographer for a sole role at a small 30-bed hospital in South West Queensland, starting in early April for 2 months.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a regional hospital with a busy emergency department, while also overseeing and supporting 23 x-ray operators across satellite sites in the surrounding region.

About the Role:

• Sole Radiographer position - working independently while supporting local clinical teams.
• Provide a range of imaging services including:
  • General Radiography
  • Mobile Radiography
  • OPG
  • Ultrasound support (no sonography experience required).
• 24/7 on-call responsibilities, with the flexibility to arrange some weekends or nights off-call by prior agreement.
• There may also be an opportunity for a site visit to satellite locations, which will be organised during your placement.

About You:

• AHPRA registered Radiographer with the ability to work independently.
• QLD Radiography License
• Experience across general x-ray, mobile, and OPG.
• Confident providing remote support and advice to x-ray operators at satellite sites.
• Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, adaptable to rural settings.
