Locum Physiotherapist - Regional South Australia (Residential Aged Care & General Medical Ward)


Location: Regional South Australia
Contract Duration:

• Position 1: Early-mid December to March/April
• Position 2: Mid-late January start

About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for two Locum Physiotherapists to work across two sites in regional South Australia. The roles are split 50/50 between residential aged care and a general medical ward, offering diverse caseloads and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to aged care residents and general medical patients.
• Assess, plan, and deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in both settings to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
• AHPRA registration
• SA WWCC
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Recent Police Check
• Valid Drivers Licence
• Experience in aged care and/or hospital settings (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Australian Working Rights (Working holiday visa's welcome!)
