1. Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and motivated Internal Communications Specialist to join our client's Communications & Content Team.
• This role involves working closely with senior leadership to plan, create, and implement internal communications that align with key business objectives. You will also collaborate with a global team to ensure consistent messaging while adapting content to the local context.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies and content plans in collaboration with senior leadership
• Provide communication support to the CEO and senior leadership team
• Advise colleagues on internal communications and knowledge-sharing best practices
• Capture and analyse feedback and metrics to continuously improve messaging
• Act as a custodian and champion for internal communication channels
• Work with global teams to align firm-wide messages with local content
• Provide expert communication advice and recommendations

3. Successful Candidates Will Have

• Tertiary qualifications in Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field
• Exceptional english skills both written and verbal. Candidates must have strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience in creating content for various communication channels
• Familiarity with content management systems
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strategic thinking with the ability to see the bigger picture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to respond quickly to time-sensitive situations
