Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and implement monthly forecasting tools to identify and manage key business drivers.
- Build dynamic financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and growth strategies.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, ensuring alignment with financial goals and long-term objectives.
- Maintain and refine multi-year strategic planning models.
Analysis & Insights:
- Deliver actionable financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
- Identify key variances between actuals, budget, and forecasts, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
- Support pricing and product scenario analysis to assess business impact.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Partner with the Head of Finance on long-term strategic initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with key teams across business development, operations, and technology to drive performance.
- Provide financial leadership in evaluating new markets, products, and partnership opportunities.
Reporting & Processes:
- Support the preparation of detailed financial reports for management and board review.
- Drive improvements in reporting processes and leverage tools such as Power BI to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree and CA/CPA/CFA qualification (or equivalent).
- 5+ years in FP&A or Corporate Finance function with a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven experience using visualisation tools and building financial models (essential).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Results driven, proactive and thrives in leveraging data and technology to make crucial business decisions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload.
