Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

• Lead the annual budgeting process and implement monthly forecasting tools to identify and manage key business drivers.
• Build dynamic financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and growth strategies.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, ensuring alignment with financial goals and long-term objectives.
• Maintain and refine multi-year strategic planning models.

Analysis & Insights:

• Deliver actionable financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
• Identify key variances between actuals, budget, and forecasts, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
• Support pricing and product scenario analysis to assess business impact.

Strategic Collaboration:

• Partner with the Head of Finance on long-term strategic initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with key teams across business development, operations, and technology to drive performance.
• Provide financial leadership in evaluating new markets, products, and partnership opportunities.

Reporting & Processes:

• Support the preparation of detailed financial reports for management and board review.
• Drive improvements in reporting processes and leverage tools such as Power BI to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree and CA/CPA/CFA qualification (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in FP&A or Corporate Finance function with a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven experience using visualisation tools and building financial models (essential).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Results driven, proactive and thrives in leveraging data and technology to make crucial business decisions.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload.
