Finance Business Partner

• Location: Melbourne City Fringe. 5 days in the office (with some flex when required)
• Salary: $120-130,000 + super
• Industry: Construction

Manager position with 3 direct reports. Business facing with senior stakeholder.

About the role:

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in drive weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting and analysis. You will also manage a high-performing team of three people.

The role is highly visible in the organisation and will involve working closely with members of the Leadership team as well as regularly presenting at meetings.

Your roles and responsibilities will include,

• Assist Management with long term budgeting and forecasting
• Financial reporting
• Tax and compliance
• Manage the WIP
• Lots of analysis of financial and non-financial data
• Cashflow management and forecasting
• Prepare management reports and Board packs
• Presenting to the Leadership team
• Tax and compliance

About you:

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications and full CA or CPA membership
• Experience working in construction (ideally a home builder)
• Management and Financial Accounting experience
• Cashflow management experience
• Located in Australia with full working rights.
