MARS Recruitment is looking for an experienced Locum Enrolled Nurses with a background in either medical or sub-acute/rehabilitation care to join district hospital located in the beautiful Northern Rivers Region over the Christmas holiday period!

We have mutliple openings working across medical, aucte and sub-acute/ rehab wards.

As a Locum EN, you will be required to work full-time hours on a rotating roster for the period of the contract. Your role is crucial for providing care, support, and treatment to patients across the lifespan. You will be required to develop a level of trust and rapport with your clients, whilst providing emotional support and monitoring patients' wellbeing, also educating family members about ongoing treatment plans and guidance.

Northern NSW:
As a locum enrolled nurse in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, you will have the opportunity to work in one of Australia's most scenic and vibrant areas, known for its stunning landscapes, lush rainforests, and beautiful beaches. This role offers a unique chance to gain diverse clinical experience while enjoying the local culture and community.

The important stuff:
You will obtain an hourly salary up to $38.50+ Super + super + Christmas agency bonus paid on completion if worked over holiday period (Up to $500)
Accommodation: Provided via facility
Travel: Reimbursed per KM if driving / Bus / Flights booked directly
Schedule: 38 hrs per week with additional hours available - paid at causal rate*.

• Qualifications / Registrations as an EN
• Commitment to providing two reference contacts.
• Full working rights in Australia (we cannot grant any visa/sponsorship for these temporary roles)
• Credentialed Bachelor of Nursing Degree with mental health qualifications.
• NSW WWCC (or willing to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience
• Car and DL - case by case can consider those without a car*.
