Key Responsibility Areas

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across digital channels.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including ad creation, audience targeting, budgeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing/creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners such as paid ad agencies, technology vendors, and media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools such as GA4 and platform-specific dashboards.
  • Perform A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and optimise campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Adjust strategies and tactics to improve performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Manage and optimise marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report on spending against budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources

About you

  • Strong track record and 3+ years digital marketing experience in a performance marketing role in B2C consumer channels or agency side
  • A specialist in everything performance, Google Ads, META Platforms, programmatic, and budget monitoring
  • Hands-on campaign management experience and ability to drive high value traffic to our website
  • You like numbers, can appreciate and identify profitable ads, and also have an appreciation for long term brand building and the impact that has on future sales
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to analyse data effectively and make decisions that improve the performance of campaigns and align with business objectives and managing budgets
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written skills and proactive with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
