In this role, you will oversee the creation, development, and execution of high-quality digital assets across various channels, including websites, email campaigns, and social media, ensuring a strong and cohesive digital presence.

Responsibilities

• Create and/or improve a variety of digital assets to improve website aesthetics & user engagement/experience.
• Assist with driving design-related UX/UI improvements across our clients portfolio of websites with a mobile first mindset.
• Actively contribute to the broad strategic Digital and campaign planning processes
• Support Social & Content Team to devise creative concepts and engaging multimedia content including video editing, animated gif for promotions, competitions, campaigns, topical and solution based content.

• Support CRM & Loyalty Team to develop improved email marketing templates and content for a variety of promotions, competitions, newsletters and campaigns.

Criteria:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design, preferably within the eCommerce/ retail or automotive industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong Knowledge of UX/UI Design
• Experience with Content Management Systems
