DevOps Engineer – 6-Month Contract (AWS, Microservices, IaC)

Are you a skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS, microservices, and infrastructure as code? Join our client for a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement microservices architecture for a loyalty management program.
  • Build and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
  • Develop and optimize infrastructure for public and internal RESTful APIs.
  • Work with event-driven architecture using Pub/Sub and EventBridge.
  • Automate deployments using CDK, CloudFormation, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud services.

Tech Stack & Requirements:

  • Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (API Gateway, WAF, CloudFront, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, VPC, Cognito).
  • APIs: Experience in designing infrastructure for RESTful APIs.
  • Event-Driven Architecture: Pub/Sub, EventBridge.
  • Development: TypeScript.
  • Infrastructure as Code: CDK, CloudFormation.
  • CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab.
  • Microservices: Strong understanding of designing and deploying microservices.

AU$900 - AU$1000 per day
