This exciting role offers the chance to specialise in dementia-specific services at our clients aged care facility, working closely with clinical leaders and a multidisciplinary team. Fixed-Term Opportunity: 12-month contract with full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
Engage & Empower: Collaborate with employees, residents, and broader networks to enhance dementia care practices.

Partner with the Allied Health team to strengthen site-wide capabilities.
Provide strategies and coaching to prevent and manage behavior changes.
Deliver tailored, person-centred recommendations rooted in evidence-based best practice.
Craft detailed reports to drive individualized care improvements.
Conduct holistic assessments to understand residents' experiences and needs.
AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist (or a clinician with relevant dementia expertise- must have qualifications within this space).
Experience in dementia care and a passion for innovative, person-centred approaches.
Exceptional communication skills to guide and mentor others.
Initiative and proactive problem-solving to create positive outcomes.
Willing to obtain necessary vaccinations and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
