Mars Recruitment is partnered with a recognised online gambling company who is seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Operations team, providing top-notch service to online gaming customers.

Please note that the role is offering hybrid work arrangements and the successful candidate will work on a rotating roster between 12pm - 8pm or 2pm - 10pm.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

The Customer Support team is responsible for handling customer enquiries with a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience. Provide timely responses across multiple support channels, while consistently meeting our SLAs.

• Deliver outstanding customer service via email, chat, and phone on various topics such as jackpot enquiries, deposits/withdrawals, and game play assistance.
• Provide responsible gambling support and guidance.
• Drive customer retention through promotion of products, activities, and special bonus offers.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance the service experience.
• Identify and suggest process and quality improvements across the department.

About You:

• Previous experience in a customer focused role is essential
• Ideally previous experience in a contact centre's/customer support environment
• Strong multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for providing a high level of customer service with a proactive and positive attitude.
