About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team by creating customers in SAP, handling product data, and managing key transactions. You will play a crucial role in the transition from SAP to S/4Hana, ensuring smooth data entry and administration during this exciting change.

Responsibilities:

• Creating customers in SAP (data entry)
• Create and update material master records in SAP to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Supporting the team by handling administrative tasks
• Managing product data and transactions
• Key SAP transactions: O2 (order to cash process), CREATE, XD (XD01, XD02, XD03)

Our client is a leading global retail brand with a long-standing reputation in the industry. They are seeking a highly motivated Customer Master Data / Product Master Data Administrator to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success during a system transition.

Criteria:

• Strong experience with SAP Customer Master data and handling Product Master data
• Experience with key SAP transactions (O2, CREATE, XD01, XD02, XD03)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to support teams with administrative tasks
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office / 2 days from home)
