We are a global leader in consumer goods, committed to delivering exceptional products and experiences worldwide. We're seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to manage customer orders and inquiries, using SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel, on a temporary contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Process customer orders using SAP, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing excellent service.
- Reporting: Use Microsoft Excel to track orders and generate reports.
- Claims management: Assisting customers with their orders or queries regarding their orders
- CRM Management: Update customer information and interactions in Salesforce.
- Collaboration: Work with logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in customer care or order management, preferably in consumer goods.
- Proficient in SAP and Salesforce - Preferred but not essential
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in a global supply chain or logistics environment.
