The Role:

• Full-time permanent role

• Melbourne CBD
• $105-120k base + super depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing residential and commercial mortgage applications
• Perform searches and verify information in line with company guidelines
• Use credit risk analysis skills to determine outcomes
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (valuers, solicitors)
• Asses and make decisions on complex mortgage applications

Key Requirements:

• Current approval authority (DLA, DCA, CAD)
• Ideally non-bank lender background
• Experience in manual credit assessment
• Experience in residential and commercial credit assessment
