Credit Administration Officer - Mandarin Speaking - Personal Banking

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Credit Administration Officer to join a dynamic Personal Banking team. This position plays a key role in the end-to-end loan operations process, ensuring compliance with credit approvals, internal procedures, and all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and verify loan documents against credit approvals, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
Verify pre-closing conditions to ensure loans are discharged as agreed.
Process and settle daily transactions accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in credit systems.
Manage hardship and debt collections effectively.
Liaise with external solicitors, business units, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee documentation administration, including customer records, transaction files, and security/mortgage documents.
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
A minimum of one year of retail banking or related industry experience.
Tertiary qualification.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a high level of competency.
Attention to detail with the ability to think outside the box.
A 'can-do' attitude, with proactive problem-solving skills.
