Commercial Analyst

About the role:

Data driven insights will form the foundation of your role. Your contributions will fuel operational improvements across the business - from enhancing productivity, to labour cost controls, to optimising COGs.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Work collaboratively with the operations team, operational excellence team, trade operations team & chief strategy officer
• Improve and streamline operations as the business continues to grow and evolve
• Develop and maintain reports for the Executive team, and ideally you are someone who wants to be the one presenting your reports as you grow in the role

What we are looking for:

• A finance or commercial background where you have had a strong focus on performance analysis and planning
• Strong experience working on labour and rostering analysis and planning
• Advanced Excel & PowerBI
• A track record of process transformation (developing, improving, streamlining)
• Experience creating financial and scenario models (e.g. labour cost modelling)
• Essential: Hospitality experience (or similar)
• Essential: Located in Australia with full working rights
