As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you'll be at the heart of an extraordinary team dedicated to providing exceptional care. You'll lead from the front, guiding and mentoring other nurses, while also offering high-level clinical support to residents who need it most. What You'll Be Doing:

What We're Looking For:

• 
  You're a Registered Nurse with a post-registration qualification relevant to aged care, and you bring a passion for improving clinical care in this area.
• 
  With at least 12 months of experience in your clinical specialty or aged care, you have the skills and knowledge to lead by example.
• 
  You thrive in a leadership role and understand the power of mentoring others-guiding them to new heights of clinical excellence.
• 
  You have a deep knowledge of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards and are committed to ensuring these are at the heart of everything you do.
• 
  Above all, you are passionate about providing outstanding care and making a real difference in the lives of others.

Bonus Points for:

• Strong experience in clinical leadership within an aged care setting.
