Casual Speech Therapist - Western Sydney
Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech Therapist to join their team on a casual basis. Based in Western Sydney, this opportunity offers a dynamic and flexible work environment, allowing you to make a real impact on the lives of participants across all age groups and communication needs.

The Role
This position involves a hybrid working arrangement, with time spent working from home, in the office, and out in the community. Managing a diverse caseload, you will deliver tailored, person-centered support that empowers participants to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments.
  • Developing and implementing evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborating with participants, families, and carers to provide holistic care and practical strategies.
  • Supporting participants to achieve their communication goals and actively engage in their community.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Therapist.
  • Current SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) membership.
  • A person-centered approach to care and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Australian Working Rights (Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome!).
