Casual Occupational Therapist - Western Sydney
Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team on a casual basis. Based in Western Sydney, this opportunity offers a dynamic and flexible work environment, allowing you to make a real impact on the lives of participants across all age groups and disability types.

The Role
This position involves a hybrid working arrangement, with time spent working from home, in the office, and out in the community. Managing a diverse caseload, you will deliver tailored, person-centered support that empowers participants to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborating with participants, families, and carers to develop tailored plans that meet their unique needs and aspirations.
• Supporting participants to live safely and comfortably at home while actively engaging in their community.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• A person-centred approach to care and strong communication skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Australian Working Rights (Working Holiday Visa's Welcome!)
