Your Role: The Match of the Day!
As the Care Team Manager, you'll be at the helm, overseeing clinical care operations and ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care. Leading a passionate and dedicated care team, you'll manage care plans, clinical assessments, and compliance with best practices. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, ensuring quality care and promoting the dignity and well-being of all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage care teams, ensuring optimal staffing and team performance
• Oversee clinical care, including assessments, care plans, and compliance with best practices
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and manage risk
• Mentor and educate staff to maintain high standards of care and professional development
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and relevant legislation

What You Bring to the Table:

• Current Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of experience in aged care and complex clinical settings
• Proven leadership experience in managing aged care teams
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and adult learning principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to our client's Christian values of love, respect, reliability, and empowerment

Desirable Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualifications in Management, Gerontology, or Training and Assessment
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (preferred)

Additional Requirements:

• Availability to work weekends and participate in on-call rotations
• Successful completion of a Police Background Check
• Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check or provide current clearance
