Summary
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our Sydney-based sales team. This role focuses on building and nurturing business relationships within the Motor Finance Lending space. Acting as a mentor to your broker network, you will help them expand their networks and referral sources while driving business growth for an ASX listed Non-Bank Lender.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with brokers and partners in the Motor Finance Lending industry
Self- generate business development leads with new motor finance brokers. Generate new business via F2F visits.
Provide guidance and mentorship to brokers, helping them grow their networks and referral sources
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to expand market presence
Stay informed about consumer lending legislation to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice
Successful Candidates Will Have
Proven experience in business development and relationship management within Motor Finance Lending
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders effectively
In-depth knowledge of consumer lending legislation
A valid driver's licence
A collaborative mindset and a passion for making a positive impact
